We want to ensure that your soaking sanctuary is simple to maintain and always ready for you to take a long, deep soak. Upon initial installation, we offer an orientation tutorial on general care and maintenance, including water analysis and how to maintain optimal balance. After the initial session, we provide Mineralux chemicals to keep your water clear and balanced throughout the life of your hot tub. For any questions, our customer care team is never more than a phone call or email away. We’re also happy to schedule a site visit if necessary. Happiness should always be stress-free.
